Black Garlic and Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp black garlic

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

  • Spring onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix black garlic paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create a glaze.

Marinate the salmon fillets in the glaze for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the salmon fillets for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.

Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions before serving.
