Shipping, Refund & Return
Delivery/Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to get your order delivered to you as per your convenient/ chosen available slot.
i. The usual delivery time will be 1-7 working days outside Mumbai and 2 days within Mumbai but, we will attempt to make your delivery as soon as possible, as per our internal scheduling and allotment, during the delivery hours 09:30 hours to 21:30 hours on all days. If you fail to take delivery, we will make one more attempt to deliver your order to you. If the delivery is not accepted or not possible on the second attempt, it shall be treated as cancelled.
ii. The delivery agent may decline to deliver the product if he finds any inconsistency with any detail of the recipient of the order.
iii. It is your responsibility to count and check all the products while accepting the Products as per your Order. No dispute on missing products will be entertained by E2E Impex Consulting Pvt Ltd once you accept the products at your delivery location.
iv. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address to us and we do not verify the same. In case of incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, E2E Impex Consulting Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any refund or replacement. In case the delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it shall be treated as cancelled.
We request you to check all the Products at the time of delivery. A complaint pertaining to quantity mismatches or shortage will not be entertained if the complaint is not lodged immediately on delivery.
Shipping Charges
A delivery charge of Rs. 100 will be leviable for each delivery within Mumbai. A delivery charge of Rs. 200 will be leviable for deliveries outside Mumbai city limits. However, E2E Impex Consulting Pvt Ltd may run certain promotions/offers or prescribe minimum order value for each transaction to waive the delivery charges. In case of self-pickup from any of our warehouse based at Mumbai, there will be no delivery charges.
Return Policy
At , E2E Impex Consulting Pvt Ltd we try our best to ensure that you receive the best quality products within our stated delivery time in a perfect condition. Your satisfaction with our products and delivery is of utmost importance to us. In the unlikely situation that you are not satisfied with the product that reaches you for the following reasons:
1. Product has reached you in a damaged condition.
2. The product has already past its expiry date.
3. The weight of the product is not the same as ordered.
4. The product received by you is not the same as you have ordered.
5. The description of the product does not match the product specifications as shown on our website.
You can return the product to us in the above scenario and we will refund your money. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/ or packaging. For any questions or concerns on this, please write to us on customerservice@e2eimpex.com. Refund will be credited back in your account between 2-7 days from the date of receipt of product back in our Warehouse. No Cash Refund will be done.
Products once ordered online cannot be cancelled at this point. If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us via email (customerservice@e2eimpex.com) or our customer care number (9820486202) and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you.
