Black Garlic Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti or any pasta

  • 2 tbsp black garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves regular garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add black garlic paste and stir for 1 minute.

Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and mix well, ensuring the pasta is evenly coated with the black garlic paste.

Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
