Manuka Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp Glimlife Manuka Honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix Manuka honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.

Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve with steamed veggies or a fresh salad for a healthy meal.
