Mindful Muesli/Granola Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup Mindful Foods Muesli/Granola (such as their activated, gluten-free, or paleo options)
1/2 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
1/4 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries)
1 tbsp raw nuts and seeds mix
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions:
Soak the muesli in plant-based milk overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Top with fresh berries, nuts and seeds mix, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon for extra flavor, and enjoy a nutrient-dense, energizing breakfast.
